The Venture

Podcast Cover Art

I worked with Gimlet Media to create the cover art for Virgin Atlantic’s first podcast. With an ever expanding library of podcasts to choose from, the challenge was to create an eye catching cover art that stands out from others in the context of discovery in a podcast app.

The Venture is a podcast about new startups and entrepreneurs. I chose to use the imagery of a makeshift flag to echo the scrappy nature of young startups. I created and shot the flag myself and designed the sky background using images of cotton balls.

This was an independent project that I was approached to work on.
